Anonymous asked: Only thing I would think would be to work the muscles on the side of your abs and make them tighter, there by bringing in your waist and making your hips look larger in comparison. Gets you the hourglass shape, if not the added mass.

Ive plateau'd....
Have any of you guys been on a plateau? What helped you over come it? Why wont these last 10 pounds just lose them selves :(
